About Vampire Hunter Commission 1865
Abraham Lincoln signed this Commission just in time because he was assassinated later that evening!
The American Civil War had ended just a few weeks earlier and the Lincoln government had other pressing matters to contend with. The military must now focus on the plague of vampires and supernatural entities that were quickly spreading through a worried nation. This may have been the last official document that Abraham Lincoln signed as president of the United States.
